The "litter letter" is the first character of the name.
The kennel name from SELLER (Von Dunkler Ritter) will be the last
name of the puppy purchased by BUYER. Example -
Litter Letter A - Alexi Von Dunkler Ritter or A- (BUYERS picked
name) Von Dunkler Ritter
The purchase price for the above described animal

Will be sold for the price of

Tatoo - we do not tatoo because we have seen
some limp ears although if Buyer wants to tatoo the dog we recommend it at a later date when the dog is older,
and the ear is larger.
Microchipping will be done by the SELLER
, upon request from the BUYER for a fee of 45.00 additional dollars by
a licensed Vet.
Puppy purchase and Microchipping may be purchased
together and will be paid by cash or bank money order only. No checks accepted.
The Purchase price for the above described animal
is _____________ under the following warranties and conditions, no other warranties or conditions
are either expressed or implied.
The BUYER has given a deposit of $ 200.00 to the SELLER on this date
twords the purchase of the dog. The deposit is a commitment from the BUYER to purchase said dog and therefore is non-refundable.
The SELLER agrees to refund the entire deposit if the above described dog will not be available for purchase.
The balance of ___________
is to be paid prior to the BUYER'S receipt of the above described Rottweiler when the dog is 8 weeks
of age. All puppies will not be picked up before the 8th week period. Daily fees are applied if
puppy/puppies are picked up after the 8th week of $10.00. If any additional vetanarian shots need
to be done then the additional fees will apply along with 38 cents per mile will be added . All shipping and/or other transportation
expenses, including any crate necessary for shipping shall be assumed by the BUYER and will be paid to the SELLER prior to
shipment. AKC Registration Papers will be provided to the buyer upon complete payment of the purchase price. SELLER is not
responsible to submit any paperwork for Registration nor responsible for any fee's. Imported Dogs with Export Pedigree's are
required by AKC to send the origional export pedigree papers with a photocopy of BUYERS license, and a photo
of the puppy within 6 months so no extra fee's would occur. BUYER is responsible to contact AKC to make sure that guidelines
are correct due to changes by AKC and the SELLER is not responsible for changes that AKC changes. AKC website is AKC.ORG and

If the dog develops a sever genetic health disorder
proir to twelve momths of age that directly results in death or mandatory euthanasia of the dog as doccumented by licensed
veterinary records suppiled by the BUYER to the SELLER, the SELLER agrees to replace the dog when a litter is available that
is owned by Rosann Lavallee. No money is recieved back to the BUYER. If the dog develops severs hip dysplasia up to
twelve months of age as evidenced by a written Orthopedic Foundation for Animals report, supplied by the BUYER to the SELLER,
based on x-rays submitted to OFA, the SELLER agrees to replace the dog when a litter is available that is owned by Rosann
Lavallee. Shipping and/or other transportation expenses, including ant crate necessary for shipping, shall be assumed by the
BUYER and will be paid to the SELLER prior to shipment.
If the BUYER desires a replacement dog under
the above terms of this agreement, the BUYER agree no to surgically alter the dog to correct, repair or otherwise modify the
disorder or dysplasia without the SELLER'S consent and to provide aa required doccumentation of the disorder to the SELLER
in a timely fashion. The SELLER has the right to require additional x-rays or testing at the SELLER'S veterinarian of choice.
The BUYER will provide a name for the dog to
the SELLER no later than 6 weeks after the birth corresponding with the assigned litter letter. If no name is provided by
the BUYER within the appropiate time frame a name will be chosen and assigned to the dog by the SELLER. This name and the
SELLER'S kennel name will be on the ACK Registration (i.e. Alfred Von Dunkler Ritter) or ( i.e. Asia Von Dunkler Ritter)
PURCHASE OF MALES: The buyer agrees to allow
the SELLER to breed females owned or co-owned by the SELLER, free of charge, to this dog. Any other expenses pertaining to
the breeding will be paid by the SELLER (i.e. semen collection or shipping, shipping of the female, ect.)
PURCHASE OF FEMALE: The SELLER will allow 1
breeding to BUYERS Female as long as the Female has been AKC registered, OFA certified with hips good or excellent,
DNA Tested, and a Negative test for Burcellosis. All 4 requirements must be met befor the breeding. The
SELLER must have available a male of different Pedigree to allow breeding. If a pictular male is not available due to sickness,
or sold, another male will substitute when available. If the SELLER does not own another Male then breeding will
not take place.
The BUYER agrees to purchase the animal with
no other guarantees expressed or implied including, but not limited to faults listed in the FCI or ACK standard and other
congenital defects.
The SELLER guarantees that the time the BUYER
assumes possesion of the animal the dog will be of sound health and a current and accurate health record will be provide to
the BUYER, the dog will current on vaccinations, the dog will be positively identified by a microchip, the dog will be of
sound temperment and the dog is a purebred Rottweiler with a valid American Kennel Club registration or registration application
in progress.
The BUYER must have the dog professionally trained
by a licensed trainer to keep temperment controlled. The SELLER has the right to retrieve any Rottweiler that was sold to
the BUYER if the dog is mistreated, abused, neglected, abandoned, or used for fighting, and will be turned in to the authorities. All
records will have a copy made for the SELLER to positively identify any dog sold to the BUYER.
The BUYER understands that it is the BUYER'S
responsibility to personally inspect the dog and if desired, have the animal examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48
hours to possession. Any claims of unsatisfactory health must be made in writting within this 48 hours of possession, with
the Veterinarian examination. The BUYER must CONTACT the SELLER within 48 hours. If the health of the animal is unsatisfactory
by a Veterinarian, documented in writting with a copy provided By the SELLER, the BUYER may return the animal immediately
to the SELLER for a full refund of the purchase price.
